1. Service Classification

Le Rêve Wellness operates strictly as a wellness and relaxation mobile service licensed under Abu Dhabi trade licence CN-4892015. We do not provide medical diagnosis, physical therapy, or healthcare treatment.

2. Booking & Flat Rates

Our rates are fixed at AED 700 for 60 minutes and AED 900 for 90 minutes (VAT included). Rates cover therapist travel to primary coverage zones in Abu Dhabi. Payment is due upon completion of the treatment via cash or mobile card payment terminal.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide a safe, suitable room with at least two by two metres of clear space and access to climate control. Therapists reserve the right to decline or terminate sessions immediately if safety, decorum, or ethical boundaries are compromised.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 60 minutes notice for any cancellation or rescheduling via WhatsApp or phone. No cancellation fees apply when reasonable notice is given prior to therapist departure.
